Express/urgent delivery will entail a surcharge of 50% over the regular tariff.

Customers are requested to examine the garments before taking delivery. We are not responsible for any damage after taking delivery.

We are not responsible for fastness, ironing of colour, or shrinkage of the fabric during the cleaning process.

Every effort is made to remove stains. However, if stains are not removable, the customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in charges.

We follow a "no claim" policy. All articles are accepted at customer's risk. We shall not be held responsible for damage arising due to garments that cannot withstand the normal cleaning process.

We shall not be held responsible for any ornamental and jewellery fittings on the garment.

It is not always possible to note cuts, holes, scratches, stains etc. at the outlets. If such defects become apparent during the washing process, the remarks of the factory in charge will be final and legally binding on the customer. No responsibility can be accepted for shrinkage or damage due to defective manufacture, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, or exposure.

Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in charges.

Customers shall collect the garment within 10 days from the date of delivery. Thereafter, extra charges will be applicable. If it is more than 60 days, we will not be responsible for the clothes and no claim will be accepted.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage of clothes arising out of fire, burglary, etc. beyond our control or any other similar unforeseen causes.

The tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the garment, which will be communicated to the customer on the spot.

We will undertake the process of designer wear based on the recommendation/suggestion given by the designer, provided our technology supports the recommendation/suggestion.

In case the garment gets damaged in the process, the compensation shall be limited to 5 times the process charge only.

All disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
